Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination Announces Advanced Negotiations With Two Major US Retailers
Brite-Strike® Tactical Illumination Products, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BSTK) announced today that they are in advanced negotiations with two major US retailers for carrying Brite-Strike products in their catalogs, on their websites, and possibly even through their retail outlets. The Company believes that although there are no assurances that either of the transactions will close, closing even one of the transactions would constitute the most significant event in the history of the Company. Both transactions will use existing Company products, as well as those that begin shipping this month, while one of the retailers has also requested the Company to manufacture an entirely new light at a price-point that could potentially make the flashlight the highest volume product in the Company's product-line.
