PRESS RELEASE

Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination Products, Inc. to Become a Fully Reporting OTCBB Company

KINGSTON, Mass
.--(Business Wire)--
Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination Products, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BSTI), a leader in the design of advanced, high-intensity LED (light-emitting diode) tactical flashlights and personal protection systems for the military, law enforcement and consumer markets, announced today that it has begun the process of becoming fully reporting company OTC:BB by completing its 15C-2-11 Information and Disclosure Statement for filing on the Pink Sheets website.

"Brite-Strike can reach a greater investor audience, further its strategic goals and enhance shareholder value by becoming a fully reporting company," said Glenn Bushee, president of Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination Products, Inc. "We have the infrastructure in place to make this move, and I believe it is an important step for us to take as we begin to execute the early phase of our strategic business plan to drive growth and market reach of our unparalleled, non-lethal protection devices to an increasing number of police, military and civilians."

Designed by police officers, the company's high-performance flashlights use cutting-edge Philips Lumileds Luxeon(R) technology to produce 198 lumens of ultra-bright light that can disorient and temporarily impair the vision of an attacker. Brite-Strike's Tactical Blue-Dot(TM) Series is currently used by various government agencies, the military, SWAT teams and other law enforcement officials. Its patented Lightning Strike(TM) Personal Protection System thwarts potential attackers with a combination of a high-intensity flashing strobe light and a super loud ear piercing personal alarm, specifically designed for women, seniors, students and other private citizens seeking an easy-to-deploy personal protection system.

Previously, Brite-Strike's line of protection products had only been available by word-of-mouth, the company's website, or several high-end catalogs, including Frontgate and Herrington. Recently however, retail giants such as BJ'S Wholesale Clubs, Amazon.com and Lowes.com have agreed to join the growing number of retail channels carrying Brite-Strike.
